Licence Model
Licenses to use the product are granted on a per-site basis, where a site is defined as a single company location or a cluster of adjacent company locations within one geographic region of a country. Each site is entitled to use the product without limitation of time, number of users and number of copies.
Multi-site licenses are available upon request.
Please observe: Our products do not contain licenses for their target platforms (e.g. no Microsoft Visio™ licence is included in the ITIL Process Map for MS Visio™).

Prices
All prices quoted are subject to VAT (rules regarding VAT will depend on the country where the client is located).
Payment
When ordering directly from our Online Shop, payments can be made by credit card (Mastercard, VISA) or PayPal. Credit card payments are processed by RBS WorldPay, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Purchasing online through this system is fast, easy and completely secure.
In the case of conventional (offline) orders, we can also accept payments by bank transfer.
