Level 0 in ARIS: The ITIL V3 Service Lifecycle

The ITIL V3 core disciplines and their interrelationships on one single page. This is the main entry point into the ARIS ITIL reference model.

Level 1 in ARIS: ITIL V3 Core Disciplines

A set of 5 ARIS Overview Diagrams for each of the ITIL core volumes, illustrating the ITIL V3 big picture.

Level 2 in ARIS: ITIL V3 Main Processes

A set of 20 Overview Diagrams for the ITIL V3 main processes (e.g. Change Management). The ARIS Overview Diagrams show on one single page what an ITIL V3 process is about. From here, the viewer is able to open detailed BPMN process diagrams on the sub-process level using hyperlinks.

Level 3 in ARIS: ITIL V3 Process Details

The ITIL Process Map V3 comprises 106 detailed process flows (Event-Driven Process Chains - EPCs) for all ITIL V3 processes. The ARIS ITIL EPCs contain

ITIL Process Index

For each of the ITIL V3 core volumes, all processes and sub-processes are depicted in a hierarchical way on one single page. All ITIL reference models are directly accessible from this page via links.

Example:

A checklist "Request for Change (RFC)" is provided as part of the Change Management process, to explain the structure of the data typically contained in an RFC. You can use this checklist as a template when you start creating RFCs in your own organization.
