The new edition of ISO/IEC 20000:2011 Part 1: Service management system requirements (abbreviated to ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011) was published in April 2011.
Organizations submitting new applications to become certified to ISO 20000 must comply with the requirements of the new standard ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011. Organizations which are already certified are permitted to use the previous version ISO/IEC 20000-1:2005 for audits and re-certifications until 31st May 2013.
To help you with the task of adjusting to the new requirements, we have updated the ITIL - ISO 20000 Bridge to the latest version of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011. This new version is also in line with ITIL 2011 and makes best use of the recently improved ITIL guidance.
Designed as an add-on to the ITIL Process Map, the ITIL - ISO 20000 Bridge supports the design of ISO 20000 compliant processes and accompanies you during your preparation for the ISO 20000:2011 certification.
Like our ITIL process model, the ITIL - ISO 20000 Bridge has successfully passed an official review by APMG and thus features the renowned "ITIL® Licensed Product" logo.
Our ITIL process model is officially licensed by AXELOS.
