The version of the ITIL Process Map V2 adapted for the ARIS Process Platform™, a leading Process Management Application from IDS Scheer. It makes consistent use of ARIS™ features like object instances, attributes and hierarchically structured models.

• Platform: ARIS Process Platform™ by IDS Scheer (Software AG), from version 6.2 onwards;
  (no ARIS™ licence included)
• ITIL Coverage and Version: ITIL Version 2
• Language Versions: English, German, or combined English/ German

When using the ITIL Process Map V2 for the ARIS Process Platform™ in your IT Service Management projects you are not subjected to any restrictions - as with any process model created by yourself, models and objects are able to be added, changed or deleted.
