New customers are eligible for a free upgrade to the next releases of our products, compatible with ITIL 2011 and ISO/IEC 20000:2011.
A new edition of ITIL ("ITIL 2011") has been published at the end of July 2011, and a new version of the first part of ISO/IEC 20000 ("ISO/IEC 20000:2011 Part 1") is available since April 2011.
While we upgrade our ITIL Process Map and its add-on for ISO 20000 projects (the ITIL - ISO 20000 Bridge) to these latest publications we offer an upgrade guarantee:
All new customers are eligible for a free upgrade to the next release of the ITIL Process Map and the ITIL - ISO 20000 Bridge, compatible with ITIL 2011 and ISO/IEC 20000:2011, as soon as we make them available.
