Excel Repository for the Visio version of the ITIL Process Map V3

New: A User-friendly Excel Repository and a custom Visio toolbar, adding features to Visio along the lines of dedicated process management applications.
You spoke - we listened! Feedback from our customers suggested that they would welcome a simple Excel spreadsheet for managing their ITIL Processes, Data Objects, Roles, and Checklists. That's why we made the Visio version of the ITIL Process Map V3 still more user-friendly: We replaced the former database in Microsoft Access format with a new Excel Repository.
The Excel Repository is accompanied by a new Visio AddIn with a custom toolbar. In contrast to the previously used standard MS Visio functionality, this makes it much more comfortable for you to pick ITIL Processes, Data Objects, Roles, and Checklists from the Repository while modifying the ITIL process diagrams.
