ITIL RACI Matrix for the ITIL Process Map V3

A User-friendly RACI Matrix (Responsible, Accountable, Contribution, Informed) in the form of an Excel spreadsheet is now part of the ITIL Process Map V3.
Feedback from our customers suggested that they would welcome an easy-to-use, customizable RACI Matrix for managing the participation of the ITIL roles in the various ITIL V3 processes.
That's why we added an ITIL RACI Matrix to the ITIL Process Map V3.
