New Version of the ITIL Process Map for Visio 2010

Microsoft has just released the new version of Visio 2010. This is why we upgraded the ITIL Process Map so that you can make best use of the new features in Visio 2010.
A new layout with modernized shapes and a number of substantial improvements now make our ITIL Reference Model an even better tool for you to design and document your ITIL processes:
Our latest version of the ITIL Process Map for Visio uses the new "Container Shapes" as swim lanes. This makes it a lot easier for you to insert and modify swim lanes in the BPMN process diagrams.
The newly introduced Status data fields allow you, for example, to grey out processes which are not yet operational – a very helpful feature if you introduce ITIL processes one after another.
And last but not least Visio 2010 offers better integration with Microsoft SharePoint™.
Our Visio process model is still fully compatible with Visio 2003 and 2007. Some of the new features, however, will only be available for users of Visio 2010.
