The Complete ITIL V3 Lifecycle

The ITIL Process Map V3 for the most recent Version 3 of ITIL (ITIL V3) is ready. It now covers all five ITIL V3 Books.

Our ITIL V3 process templates now cover the complete ITIL V3 Service Lifecycle: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement.

This includes all processes known from ITIL V2 in completely revised versions.

Apart from adapting the processes to ITIL V3 we have also made an effort to enhance the usability of the process models, switching to BPMN notation and adding detailed information on process inputs and outputs.
