Qualified Consulting Partners

IT Process Maps is completely focused on providing ITIL® and service management knowledge in the form of process models, so we are not in the business of offering consulting services. But once in a while we get asked by a customer if we can recommend an experienced consultant.

For those customers we have compiled the following list of "qualified consulting partners": Consultants who have demonstrated that they used the ITIL Process Map and/or the ITIL - ISO 20000 Bridge successfully to help their clients introduce service management best practice.

Note to organizations looking to engage a consultant:
We do our best to ensure that the consultants listed on this page are highly qualified.
